    we specialise in preloved designer clothes and some high street labels.

  • 3. make an appointment

    if you are ready to proceed,  make an appointment to drop off your preloved items at the shop

  • 4. payment

    when your item sells, you’ll receive 50% of the sale price, paid via bank transfer - or you can use the money as store credit towards another preloved find! for higher-value items, we may offer a reduced commission rate

  • 5. you need to know

    your items will be displayed in-store for around 6-8 weeks. if they haven’t sold by then, you’ll have the option to reduce the price by 30% and keep them on display for another 4 weeks. after that, we can discuss further price reductions if needed. even with discounted pricing, you’ll still receive 50% of the final sale price. this way, your preloved fashion have the best chance of finding a new home!

  • 6. no sale

    if, after that time, your item doesn’t sell, we will donate it to charity or you can collect it from the shop. should items not be collected within 2 months of notification, we will donate them to charity.
